Manchester United transfer target Hirving Lozano ‘dreams’ of playing for the club, according to his former president Jesus Martinez.
Lozano, who starred for Mexico at last summer’s World Cup, has scored 17 goals and registered seven assists for PSV this season.
His impressive form has seen him linked with Manchester United and other top clubs in Europe.
And Lozano’s president at old Mexican club Pachuca, Jesus Martinez, wants the 23-year-old to play for United in the future.
He told ESPN Deportes: “What I can say and guarantee is that Hirving has had a Manchester United scout watching him since he was 16.
“They have his whole record. They have everything, videos, goals, behaviour, qualifications.
